Integrity Helpline

Marathon’s Integrity Helpline (+1 877-713-8314), is a resource for reporting suspected unethical or illegal activity and serves as a platform for issue discussion and advice regarding ethics and behavior in the workplace. The Helpline is also available in several languages for those employees and contractors in Marathon’s international locations.

The Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Every effort is made to respond to each inquiry and report of violation with an answer or action taken by the next business day. Anonymous calls are assigned a case number to identify the inquiry or report.

Marathon does not allow retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. The Business Integrity Office does not perform investigations. Issues in need of further investigation are referred to the appropriate department including Law, Auditing, Human Resources or Security.
